We're seeing lots of hangs/timeouts on gaia-integration tests on linux, possibly similar to the problems that are affecting gaia-ui-tests.  For gaia-ui-tests, we do not see this problem on OSX.  Let's schedule gaia-integration tests on cedar on OSX, and see if this problem is also linux-specific.

The OLD_BRANCHES stuff basically splices a bunch of B2G tests out of the list of tests to schedule for branches older than gecko 29.  We had this for linux b2g desktop builds, but not osx, so I added it there.

armenzg says that the snowleopard pool has better wait times, but, we've not run any b2g desktop tests on that version of OSX.  I'm going to go ahead and land this patch to schedule these tests on mountainlion on cedar, since that won't contribute much additional load.  If that goes well, we can look at standing them up on snowleopard and see if they work there.
