Details

HTTP/2 requires that TLS compression not be used. We don't enable it by default (and have no about:config way to do so), so this isn't particularly important, but in the interest of completeness (and in case the situation changes in the future!), we should have an interface to check for it.
I think we should cross this bridge if we come to it.
