The file testing/marionette/atoms/atoms.js includes minified JavaScript atoms from the Selenium project that are licensed under Apache 2.0.  The file header says it's under MPL.

I’ve some some source code archaeology in the past to determine exactly how and from which Selenium atoms they were built but to no avail.
