One of the interactions available to the user without the screen reader is the ability to touch and hold a control on the touchscreen. For example, holding the '1' key on the keypad when using the phone app provides a shortcut to dial a voicemail number.

Marco suggested the screen reader gesture to be a double-tap and hold (http://krijnhoetmer.nl/irc-logs/accessibility/20131018#l-131)
We do detect a double tap and hold (https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/accessible/src/jsat/TouchAdapter.jsm#265) and use it on Android for this purpose. The gesture event does nothing outside of Android (https://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/accessible/src/jsat/AccessFu.jsm#895) (so I'm assuming that is what this bug is for?).
Removed the gaiaa11y blocker, since this is an AccessFu bug. The scope of the gaiaa11y bug should remain inside of gaia.
No longer blocks: gaiaa11y

We no longer work or support Firefox OS, so I am resolving this bug as WONTFIX.
