jhopkins says that it does not log failing attempts to reboot.

w64-ix-slave21 has been working for awhile now.  Note that I can't look farther back than August 25th in the kittenherder logs due to log rotation so I can't say why earlier reboots (if any) were not recorded in slave health.

w64-ix-slave94 now has reboots history in slave health (most recent: August 26).

I can't find evidence that w64-ix-slave75 was actually rebooted by kittenherder.  The twistd.log date/time stamps appended to the kittenherder.log always seems to be recent at the time KH checks, so no reboot is done.
