The PDF shows up as blank other than the image on the very first page. Latest version of Firefox (32 bit) on Windows 7 x64 (fully updated).

I use the following color settings in Firefox:

- Use system colors (checked)
- Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above (unchecked)

The problem goes away if the last item is checked.

Firefox by itself, nearly all websites, as well as my native PDF application, all work right with these and such settings. Firefox's new PDF functionality does not.

It is incorrect to mark this bug as an enhancement!

This is a *BUG* in the PDF viewer.

An enhancement is the addition of a new, previously absent feature. A bug is when an existing feature does not work correctly.

This bug needs attention, and I believe classifying it as an enhancement is causing it to be ignored. This is not just a minor issue, as it is a usability problem. Unchecking "allow pages to choose their own colors" is frequently done by those with visual impairment in order to force pages to use a high-contrast color scheme. Anything which breaks this functionality is an accessibility problem, not just a "make pages look cool" problem!
