This bug was reported on Hacker News for Firefox 19 on Windows 7, but someone else commented that it works fine for them with Firefox 20 on Windows. I can repro with Firefox 22 on OSX.

Odd that 20130130 Firefox/21.0 (64bit) failed. Perhaps a patch got uplifted to aurora in the last 3 weeks.

worked on vista 21.0a1 something (forget)

worked on today's 22.0a1 vista (32bit) and win7 (64bit)

btw, my Firefox 22 now has PDF Viewer 0.7.369, which presumably has the fix that kbrosnan verified in Github 0.7.248 (comment 2).
