 (1) Open settings app
 (2) Go to "Device Information"
 (3) Tap the "Check Now" button that's visible at the bottom of the screen

After that, nothing happens that's visible to the user.  If you scroll down, you can see the output, but that's not immediately obvious.

Potentially resolved. In recent builds, the "Check Now" button is in the middle of the Device Information page, so you genereally don't have to scroll down to see the result.

On the flipside, the result only appears for ~300 ms before disappearing, so maybe that's still an issue?
