Bug 783513 will soon disable dom/indexedDB/ipc/test_ipc.html, which seems to resolve our native Android m-3 problems.

A try run of that + re-enabling the latest batch of m-3 tests that we'd switched off out of desperation (https://hg.mozilla.org/try/rev/2ae203c5636d) still came back green:

...so unless either of you have any objections, we should re-enable them :-)

Effectively reverts all of the OOM related test-disabling between 4483bada42be and 36a13b8669b5.

Applies on top of the patches in bug 783513 and bug 783509.

We can probably revisit some of the other disabling done in bug 775227, but this should be enough for now :-)
