"Automatic updates" should come before "Last Updated" in the detailed view of the add-ons manager

Currently in detailed view view, "Automatic updates" is listed second in the information box under the add-on description. The "Last Updated" date is listed first. These two should be switched, such that automatic updates is at the top. This is because automatic updates is the only interactive item in the list, and nestling it within non-interactive content is visually and interactively inconsistent.
