[Why is this notable]: We block third-party cookie access in ETP strict and private windows, which is a significant change.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: Starting with Firefox 132, Firefox blocks third-party cookie access with Enhanced Tracking Protection's Strict mode and also in Private Browsing.

We changed our plan to only roll out to ETP strict in the bug. There will be another plan for rolling out to private windows.
