Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Implements recently-specced highly-requested feature already shipping in Blink and Webkit.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Shipping in Android.
[Suggested wording]: Firefox now supports declarative ShadowDOM, providing developers greater flexibility and improved ergonomics when working with ShadowDOMs directly within HTML.

Note added to 123 nightly release notes, I'll wait for our MDN page to be created to add a link to it. Thanks!

The declarative shadow DOM was documented for the Firefox 122 release and for the 123 it’s already in the release notes.
