With the downstream sync of bug 1852577 some Perform Actions tests are failing because of the changes for key events of PAUSE and EQUAL coming from:
https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/41908
We should update our key definitions in KeyData.sys.mjs to be up-to-date:
