The idea is to have a class with a new async method that takes a list of extension IDs as input, fetches the mapped add-ons from AMO, and creates addon wrappers that we'll later "stage" for install.

Based on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1836773#c2, we'll need to return the number of mapped FF add-ons for the UI.
