Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Vimeo.
2. Start playing the video.
3. Right-click the Video-PiP-toggle and select "Hide Picture-in-Picture Toggle"

Expected result

• Since "Hide PiP Toggle" disables PiP video controls from about:preferences the URL bar entry point should also disappear along with the On-video-PiP-toggle.

Actual result

• The URL bar PiP toggle is still visible and usable, it is only removed after a refresh.

Regression range

• This issue is not a regression.

Additional Note

• When re-enabling PiP from about:preferences, both the URL toggle and the on-video-PiP-toggle appear automatically (without needing a refresh)
