Now that AVIS has been enabled by default on Nightly, if no new issues are found there, it should be ready to ride the trains.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: This enables AV1 Image Format files containing animations to display in the browser as animations. Previously, they would display as still images with no way for web pages to detect this and fall back to another format (Bug 1739210).
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: I'm unsure where would be appropriate for this, but it might be good to mention that sites blocking AVIF in Firefox based on user agent will no longer need to do so when this ships.
