Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the payment form on https://www.carhartt-wip.com/
2. Using autofill feature, hover over any saved CC entry to check the autofill preview.
3. Select any CC entry in order to autofill the fields.

Expected result

• Form autofill/preview/clear should be applied on eligible fields.

Actual result

• CC preview is limited to the selected field (Card number or Card Name) and is not applied at all on Expire date fields..
• Selecting an entry is restricted to that particularly field.
• Clear form functionality is operable only for the selected field.
