Preconditions

• Set: media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.improved-video-controls.enabled=true

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video on www.primevideo.com and launch PiP
2. In the PiP window, click multiple times(3-5 times) on "Forward (->)" button.

Expected result

• The video is skipped forward 15-25 seconds and then continues playing.

Actual result

• The video is stopped. You need to click on play button, so that video starts playing.

Regression range

• Not a regression, new feature implementation.

Additional notes

• Same issue is reproducible for "Backward" button
• Also, when try to navigate forwards/backwards using the progress bar in PiP window, sometimes stops the video.
• This is not reproducible on other video players supporting full player control in PiP

This issue also occurs when pressing the LEFT or RIGHT arrow multiple times in a row.
