Steps to reproduce
- Open http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/s/phishing.html and click on the
Google Safe Browsing
link. - Return to the page and observe the link.
Expected result
- The link is correctly displayed.
Actual result
- The visited link is not correctly displayed per bug 1692711#comment 20
Regression range
- Will search for one ASAP. The visited link looks the same before bug 1692711 as well.

I could not get a regression range as most of the 71.a1(20191005214618) builds display a white screen I will attach the sample.

This could definitely be considered as NOT a regression given the fgact that it also reproduces on builds older than 60.a01.
The link dows not show a hover effect after being visited. This is more a (A11y) general contrast issue.
