Steps to reproduce
- Access the following webpage
- Click inside the time input field.
- Press the keyboard up arrow key until you reach 12.
- Press the keyboard down arrow key.
- Press the keyboard up arrow key until you reach the next 12 hrs mark.
Expected result
- Steps 4 & 5: The time changes from PM to AM again.
Actual result
- The time doesn't automatically change from PM to AM and vice versa.
Regression range
- I don't think that this is a regression. I can reproduce this issue with a build from 2018-01-01 as well.
Additional notes
- As a browser comparison, I cannot reproduce this issue in Google Chrome.
