Tested platforms

• Affected platforms: macOS12 ,11/ Windows 10,11 / Ubuntu 22

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch mozregressionGUI or from Terminal.
2. Input any values for a bisection ( eg: mozregression --good 2021-03-02 --bad 2022-01-02 for terminal command)

Expected result

• The builds are downloaded quick and without any hangs or freezes.

Actual result

• The build download freezes or hangs (usually at around 17%- 30%) or the download speed is very slow.

Notes

• This issue happens both for Single Build download as well as for Bisection downloads.
• This issue happens for multiple team members (so internet connection issues are ruled out).
• Reproduced this issue with Github releases v5.1.0, v5.0.0 and 4.0.19
• Can reproduce the download hangs 3 out of 5 attempts, however the low download speeds seem to be recurrent for each attempt.
• When a freeze occurs, if waiting around 5-10 minutes, the following error will be displayed:

This is a known issue with archive.mozilla.org at this time. Until it is fixed, I am working on a temporary workaround.

I've deployed 5.2.0.dev0 which works around the issue. It can be installed via pip install --pre mozregression or downloaded at https://github.com/mozilla/mozregression/releases/tag/5.2.0.dev0.
