Steps to reproduce
- Sign in to sync with the same account on a desktop and android device.
- Send a tab from desktop to mobile device.
Expected result
- A notification is displayed containing the sent tab from the desktop.
Actual result
- No notification is displayed. The notification is displayed only after manually syncing or opening the show tabs menu from Firefox Android.
Additional notes
- On iOS the notification is displayed in ~5 sec without performing a manual sync or opening Firefox.
- The tabs are received almost instantly on other desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu).

It seems so, yes. The actual result and steps are the same.
