Steps to reproduce
- Reach any website.
- Tap twice in the Address bar to modify the text selection by dragging one of the text selection bullets.
Expected result
- The user should be able to modify the text selection in the Adress Bar via touch.
Actual result
- Double tap selects the text, but that selection can't be modified using the touchscreen as the text selection bullets are not displayed. Please see the comparison screen recording between Firefox and Chrome.
Regression range
- This is not a regression, I could reproduce it all the way back on a Firefox 60 build.
