We've added a processed crash schema and we're going to add a raw crash schema soon.

We need to document these two schemas as well as how to maintain them.

Things to include:

  1. how to add a new field
  2. how to set permissions property ("public" OR required permissions)
  3. how to validate the schema against real data
  4. how to change a field--specifically what you CANNOT change
  5. how to delete a field
