Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access any Youtube video, for example
- Select current playing media on touchbar
- Drag on the slider to change the video time
Expected result
- A slider appears which can be used to seek and change the video time
Actual result
- The slider is not available

- The issue can be seen in the attachment
- This issue may be affecting other media as well

This isn't a regression, it reproduces back to 86.0a1 (2020-12-22, first build that has the option appearing in touch bar).
