Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access about:preferences and scroll the page down
- Press the keyboard arrows
Expected result
- Up key scrolls the page up and down key scrolls the page down
Actual result
- Left does nothing, and the other arrows scroll only up

I can reproduce this on Nightly107.0a1 Windows10.
STR:
- Open about:preferences
- Scroll down a little with mouse wheel
- Press Arrow Keys (up/down) or Page Up/Down keys
Actual Results:
Page scroll only up.

Thanks Alice, indeed it seems that by scrolling only a bit, it will be reproducible on Windows and Ubuntu as well. Modifying the title and the Bug description.

Seems that the issue was introduced between 2021-12-14 and 2021-12-15.

I can't reproduce on macOS. Arrow keys while the search box is focused do nothing, arrow keys if it's not focused work fine. Perhaps bug 1795661 fixed this?

We tried on macOS 13.2.1 and Windows 10 and couldn't either reproduce it on Firefox 111.0b1.
