Currently we write connection details to a WebDriverBiDiActivePort file in the Firefox user profile. To be prepared for IPv6 and if no dual-stack is available we should also write the host to the file to let the client know about all the connection details. Given that the name of the file doesn't reflect that we should use a new file name, and to be able to add more content in the future it should also be a JSON file.
