Steps to reproduce
- Go to about:addons#themes and set a darker theme (Dark, Alpenglow, any Colorways one with a Bold intensity)
- Go to Menu - More tools - Customize toolbars
- Click the Toolbars button
- Observe the arrow and the checkmark icons on the subsections
Expected result
- Icons are visible, they have the same colour used for labels.
Actual result
- The icons are barely visible.
