If one tries to file a bug for bp-dc9e4635-70c1-43e0-ab3f-670b30220917 which has the following first 5 lines as the stack

the first 4 are missing. Similar for other frames with duplicate number.

Summary: also show information about inlined code with same frame number when new bug gets created and crash stack information copied over, currently missing → create bug link should include inline frames

I deployed this to production in bug #1791381 just now. Marking as FIXED.
