Note
- When the user attempts to install an addon using NVDA (or ORCA) and it reads the alert/doorhanger, he might not notice that the information displayed in bullet points is not being read.

Affected versions
- Nightly v106.0a1
- ESR91 v91.13.0esr
Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: Windows 10, Windows 7 (NVDA), Ubuntu 22 (ORCA)
- Unaffected platforms: MacOS (VoiceOver), but it reproduces another issue.
Steps to reproduce
- Load https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/?utm_source=addons.mozilla.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=search
- Select "Add to Firefox" button
Expected result
- The bullet points are read.
Actual result
- The bullet points are NOT read.
Regression range
- Not a recent regression.
Additional notes
- The information will be read when hovering the cursor over the bullet points.
- ORCA does not read the "learn more" link either, while NVDA does.

It should be possible to fix this by explicitly referencing all the text to read with aria-describedby.
