Note
- When the user on a Mac OS 11 (MacBook Air 2013) makes a Zoom video room and another user using a Windows 10 joins it, the video streams on the windows 10 have a severe flash when the Mac OS has webcam video active.

Tested platforms
- Affected platforms: Mac OS 11 (MacBook Air 2013) -> Windows 10 (desktop)
- Unaffected platforms:
- does not occur when ANOTHER Windows 10 joins the call
- does not occur when a Ubuntu 22 joins the call
Steps to reproduce
- Make a zoom videocall room on a Mac OS 11 (MacBook Air 2013)
- Join the room using the (apparently specific) Windows 10 system.
- Enable the webcam stream on the Mac OS.
Expected result
- The video stream works correctly.
Actual result
- The entire web content area flashes when the Mac OS video stream is active.
Regression range
- First bad: 2022-06-11
- Last good: 2022-06-10
- The mozregression bisection stopped so an exact pushlog or regressor could not be determined.

Thanks for filing this bug and for finding a regression range. Zoom does not use WebRTC for video encoding or decoding, instead they opt to roll their own using JS codecs. That means the cause be a change to any number of components. I think this is unlikely to be a WebRTC related issue.
