Steps to reproduce

1. Log into www.amazon.com
2. Add item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Click on the link Ship to one address
4. Choose to add a new address
5. Click inside the Phone number field to preview the saved address

Expected result

• All the fields are successfully auto-filled.

Actual result

• State and ZIP code field are not auto-filled.

Regression range

:epopescu, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

This is most likely a dupe of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1692864 due to Amazon not using valid autocomplete attributes on this address form.

The same issue is reproducible also on amazon.ca on Ubuntu 20.04 using the latest Firefox 106.0b8 - the postal code and Province/Territory fields are not auto-filled.

Still reproducible in latest Nightly 118.0a1.

Testing the Form Autofill in Firefox 122.0b7 on Windows10 x64, I've noticed that only the State field is not autofilled.
