Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Play a video that has subtitles (example).
- Toggle Picture-in-Picture mode.
- Double click the PiP window to make it run in fullscreen.
- Open the subtitle-settings panel.
- Change the size of the subtitles.
Expected result
- The font size difference between Medium/Large is visible in fullscreen.
Actual result
- The Medium/Large sizes are the same in fullscreen.
Regression range
- It is not a regression.
Additional notes
- Setting the font size to Large moves the subs up in order to make room for the control buttons when those are active, but the size of the font remains the same.

The subtitles max spec size is 40 px, and this happens because the max size has been reached. The reasoning is that after reaching a certain screen size, there's no improvement in user experience from enlarging the subtitles.
