Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Go to www.youtube.com and open any video
- Open Pip window by clicking on the PiP toggle
- Go to dock panel to view all windows opened and click on the Firefox icon
- Press keyboards Alt + Tab in order to switch windows
Expected result
- PiP window should appear as an opened window in the dock panel and application switcher.
Actual result
- PiP window does not appear in the dock panel and application switcher.

:epopescu, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

This is not fixed in Nightly channel, but Nightly needed to be forced opened with xwayland because it does not reproduce with wayland.
