Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/1994098243991 for example
3. Make sure that the subtitles/annotations are turn off
   4. Right click on the video and select the "Picture-in-Picture" window
   5. Enable the subtitles and the annotations from the main window

Expected result*

• The subtitles and the annotations should be displayed in the PiP window.

Actual Result
* The subtitles and the annotations are not displayed in the PiP window.
