Steps to reproduce
- Open the Library window (Ctrl + Shift + O).
- Right-click on any bookmark section and click Add Bookmark…/ Add Folder.
Expected result
- The window is opened accordingly.
Actual result
- Firstly a blank window is displayed.
Regression range
- I will search for one ASAP.
Notes
- Screen recording attached.
- This is more visible on Ubuntu 16x86 due to system memory. On Ubuntu 20 this is barely noticeable because of the speed that which the window is opened.

Managed to reproduce the issue, however it was observed that the regression is a little different.
On Ubuntu 16 and Ubuntu 20, it was observed that the extra blank window is always present, however it was identified that a slowness makes the window more visible.
The slowness was identified to be introduced around these 2 builds:
Last good revision: a60b595747ade6cdad6b51906bc9a880f6276f19 (2018-11-26)
First bad revision: 204cda7581188cfc8c8ef11dce4680dadf2b43bb (2018-11-27)
