Affected versions
- ESR 91.8.0
- Release 100.0
- Beta 101.0b3
- Nightly 102.0a1
Affected platforms
- MacOS 11.6
- MacOS 12.0.1
Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox.
- Navigate to primevideo.com and log in.
- Start a random video.
- Launch Picture-in-Picture mode (Ctrl+Shift+]) and double click it to make it fullscreen.
- Press Esc to exit PiP full-screen.
Expected result
- PiP window is exited and the playback is paused
Actual result
- The full-screen window is minimized and the "Esc" is also registered in the main tab (just like when playing a video in the main window and pressing "Esc")
Additional note
- Pressing "Esc" while playing video in minimized pip window will close the pip window and stop the playback but does not register as pressing it in the main window

Escape exiting fullscreen but leaving the window open was an intentional change, introduced in bug 1651609; pressing escape again in the window should close it.
But the keypress getting through to the page itself is definitely not right, that is something we need to fix.
