Note
- When the user shares a Chrome window, he will notice that it is shared as a black screen and flickers upon hovering over links (on the Chrome window).
Affected versions

Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Have a Chrome/Internet Explorer browser window open.
- https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html
- Click "Screen Share"
- On the Screen Sharing door-hanger, click on the drop-down and select the Chrome window, then click "Allow".
Expected result
- The Chrome window is properly displayed in the "sharing" area
Actual result
- Firefox shows a black screen as a Chrome window and it flickers when hovering over certain elements on the Chrome window (like links).
Regression range
- Not a recent regression since it even occurs in the latest ESR.
