Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox with a new profile and add a random bookmark inside the Other Bookmarks folder.
- Drag the added bookmark on the bookmark toolbar and observe the placeholder line.
Expected result
- The line is displayed after
Import bookmarks....
Actual result
- The line is displayed before the
Import bookmarks...option and it’s cut off.
Regression range
- Not a regression. Reproducible after bug 1664053 landed.
