Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Zoom the new tab page to >200%
  3. Click the gear to personalize the new tab page
  4. Select the dropdown for the number of rows found in "Shortcuts"

Expected result

  • The selections are centered in the dropdown

Actual result

  • Depending on the zooming levels, the selections are pushed out by the checkmark

  • Will see for a regression

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the attachment
  • Only macOS seems to have the checkmark selection in the dropdown.

Tried finding a regression for this but it still reproduces even in the first builds where "Personalize" was implemented in new tab page, in 89.0a1 (between 2021-04-14 and and 2021-04-15).

I think this may be a Mac OS specific bug, seeing this behavior in other drop downs. This behavior does not seem to happen in Linux.
