Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox and access Preferences
- Write for example Firefox in the search bar
- Hover over a tooltip
Expected result
- The tooltip is still visible
Actual result
- The tooltip is next to invisible

- Will see for a regression

I was able to reproduce the issue on Firefox 58.0a1 (20171023220222) on Win10 (see screenshot attached).
