Steps to reproduce
- Launch Firefox
- Access this PDF sample
- Access Print mode for the PDF and select More Settings
- Change the value on the Scale options
Expected result
- The scale is modified accordingly
Actual result
- The scale values works only below 70%, any value above 70% will just look like 100%.
Regression range
- Will see for a regression.

- The issue can be seen in the attachment.
