Note

  • Only esr builds are affected. On Firefox 91.2.0 esr build this issue is fixed.

  • macOS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Access facebook.com website and starting to write a comment to a post.

Expected result

  • The comment is displayed correctly.

Actual result

  • After the first displayed character the cursor jumps in front of it and continue writing
    there. (ex. like = ikel; write=ritew)

Regression range

  • I will come back with regression range ASAP.

  • Reproduced on Firefox 68.9.0esr build.

Tested on Fx 91.4.0esr build, it seems that the issue no longer reproducing, so I'm going to close this bug marking as resolved wfm.
