Steps to reproduce
- Open a wikipedia page (eg. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Azaz_(1030) )
- Hit Ctrl+P
- Make sure Print headers and footers option is checked
- Change the Scale
- Observe the header in Print preview
Expected result
- The header doesn’t flicker
Actual result:
- The header flickers twice
Regression range
- This doesn’t seem to be a regression, reproducible way back to Fx 82.0a1.
Other notes
- Not reproducible when changing Destination, Orientation, Pages, Paper size settings
- Couldn’t reproduce the issue on other tested pages/websites
