Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
- Click Print-> More Settings-> Margins -> Custom.
- Click on the up/down arrows.
Expected result
- No glitches can be seen.
Actual result
- Page is shaking when changing margins using the arrows.
Regression range
- Not a regression. Happening with the implementation of Custom margins with bug 1664570.
