Steps to reproduce
- Open https://bug1190112.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8642106
- Zoom in the page using the touchpad
- Scroll inside the iframes
- Observe the scrollbars
Expected result
- The scrollbars move smoothly, no glitch is triggered by the scrolling action
**Actual result:
- The scrollbars flicker
Regression range
- I will determine one asap
Other notes
- Not reproducible if zoom in is actioned from Hamburg menu or with the keyboard combination
- Not reproducible on Chrome
