Notes
- Attached a screenshot with native macbook monitor on the left side and external 1080 LG monitor on right side.
- I cannot reproduce the issue on macOS 10.14 or 10.15 with the same machine and monitor.
- On native monitor from macbook the tooltips are bolded as well but not blurred.

Verified fixed 91.1.0esr (20210825223222), 92.0b9 (20210825224239) and 93.0a1 (20210825214919) on macOS 10.13 and macOS 10.12. The tooltips are no longer bolded.
