Steps to reproduce

1. Install MSIX build
2. Set the browser as default
3. Have a http page saved locally

Expected result

• The file has the Nightly icon

Actual result

• The file has a blank page (no icon)

Regression range

• Not a regression, msix package affected

Additional notes

• The issue can be seen in the attachment
• Only msix package seems to be affected, http files saved locally will take the Firefox icon if a regular build is defaulted

I believe I've addressed this in the latest patches; try build at https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/ftUCUa0DRU2nDGfFWmGxjw/runs/0/artifacts/public/build/target.installer.msix.
