Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and add the bookmarks menu to the toolbar.
- Enter fullscreen and click on the bookmarks menu and quickly drag the mouse away.
Expected result
- Bookmarks menu drop down follows the toolbar when hidden/shown.
Actual result
- Bookmarks menu drop-down stays in one place.
Regression range
Not actually a regression: on the good builds before this range the bookmark menu stays in one place but moves after the panel is hovered.
