Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and add the bookmarks menu to the toolbar.
  2. Enter fullscreen and click on the bookmarks menu and quickly drag the mouse away.

Expected result

  • Bookmarks menu drop down follows the toolbar when hidden/shown.

Actual result

  • Bookmarks menu drop-down stays in one place.

Not actually a regression: on the good builds before this range the bookmark menu stays in one place but moves after the panel is hovered.
