Steps to reproduce
- Open about:protections
- Try to select Save Password label or press Ctrl +A
Expected result
- Save password label and the Sign Up for Breach Alert one are either both selected or neither
Actual result
- Save password label is not selected, only the Sign Up for Breach Alert one

The "Save Passwords" button behaves differently because it uses an actual <button> element where the other buttons use <a>.
